At this time, orders placed online can be picked-up by hospital staff, or delivered to a current patient's room. We cannot ship items at this time.

lf your order was placed for a patient who has been discharged from the hospital, you will be notified and you will receive a full refund for your purchase.

Due to strict hospital safety protocols, once an order has left our gift shop, it cannot be returned. Exception will be made for defective merchandise.
